Dear Mr. Anen:

Please find enclosed the submittal package revised to address comments received via email on
October 14, 2020. Please consider the following responses to comments.

Comment/Responses

1. Sheet C7 show a swale labeled PC #2. This swale was not included in the calculations. Also,
Sheet C10 indicates that the northeast portion of DA PC #3 drains in the direction of PC #2.
If this area is assumed to be served by PC #1 the area that drains to PC #2 should be included
in DA PC #1.
JTE Response: The calculations have been revised to include PC #2. The drainage area map has
been updated to include the drainage area from PC#3 in the PC #1.

2. Sheet C7 indicates that the bottom width of most of the swales is 0 feet and the detail on
Sheet C17 shows the swales to be triangular. 15A NCAC 02H .1003(2)(d) requires that the
outlet swales be trapezoidal with a bottom width of at least two feet.
JTE Response: The Detail on Sheet C17 and the Permanent Channel Schedule on Sheet C7 has
been revised to specify swales that meet the requirements of 15A NCAC 02H .1003(2)(d).

3. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of other
documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at:
