SANITARY NARRATIVE
Project Description
Heamdon Stockbridge Builders (HSB), LLC (formerly SAT-DEV, LLC) is developing a 46.98 acres that
is located on the eastern part of the Tanglewood property. The proposed project, Stockbridge at
Tanglewood (SAT) Phase I1 is a 129 lot single-family residential subdivision (R-8 zoned). The SAT site
is currently a farm field with no improvements with phase I partially developed.
The sanitary sewer flows from Phase II of this development will be collected via new 8" gravity mains to
the existing Pump Station developed in phase I located within the development.
Proiected Sanitary Sewer Flows
The ultimate flows used for the design of the SAT pump station are based on the proposed uses in the
development and the Daily Flow For Design values provided in 15A NCAC 2T .0114. See summary
below:
