Dear Mr. Kahn,
We have received your letter and accompanying NCDEQ NPDES MS4 report from the October
6th, 2020 compliance audit in China Grove. We found the audit to be a worthwhile exercise and
left more informed of the expectations and requirements of NCDEQ and our MS4 permit. We
intend to correct all know violations and continue to support successful functions of our
stormwater management program. The Town Council resolution, self -audit, and draft
Stormwater Management Plan will be submitted to your office for review within the prescribe
time limits.
