This serves as our request under Paragraph V.D of the banking instrument executed June 15,
2009 for authorization to sell 874.8 pounds of nutrient credits to Ample Storage, LLC to satisfy
impacts they have within HUC 03 020202. These credits are being used to offset a stormwater
management permit issued to Ample Storage LLC also known as Lampe Storage Facility by the
City of Goldsboro, issued on or about March 4, 2010.
Upon notification from you that this sale is approved we will debit the existing nutrient credit
ledger by 874.8 pounds and send a copy of the ledger for your files.
