I appreciate everyone sending us the information in the applications that we requested for the above project(s).
I spoke with David Timpy of the Army Corps of Engineers today and as it turns out the work that you guys are
proposing will take place above the mean high water line. Therefore, permits and certifications will not be
required from David nor I. So would all of you be so kind to send he and I an email asking us to withdraw your
applications for the 404 permit and the 401 certification? That should conclude this process and you won't need
to apply again unless you propose to do work below the mean high water line in the future.
