The Winston-Salem Regional Office, telephone number [phone] shall be
notified at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance operation of the installed system
so that an in -place inspection can be made of said system. Such notification to the
Regional Supervisor shall be made during the normal office hours from 8:00 a.m. until
5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays.
In event the facilities fail to perform satisfactorily in meeting its NPDES
permit effluent limits, the permittee shall take such immediate corrective action as
may be required by this Divisiorj, including the construction of add.i.tional wastewater
treatment and disposal. facilities.
