Hey Katie,
I have finalized my initial review of the Cloud & Banner AsBuilt Report but am unable to verify the
square footage of your planted buffer restoration, nutrient offset & preservation areas. The AsBuilt
Survey included in the report (see figure attached) does not indicate the measurements of each area
as required in the MBI. The credit asset table is pasted onto the survey, which is not acceptable to
use to confirm surveyed square footage. The AsBuilt Survey is also not signed or sealed, as is also
required in the MBI. The E&SC plan is provided and is signed & sealed.
Please provide a signed & Sealed AsBuilt Survey that shows the exact ft2 of each area as provided in
the Legend. The surveyor must include those measurements within the legend of his survey, not
within the credit asset table as is currently provided.
I also recommend that EBX not include their credit asset table on surveys.
Once I receive the corrected survey I can finalize my review of the report and initiate the credit
release process.
