Yesterday DWQ received the Winston Ridge SD permit application package.
It was indicated that this was a re-submittal of Exp OS-2167. That
Express 401 project was withdrawn 12/21/05. Is this resubmission under
the Express 401 program or as a regular 401 certification? Any
re-submission of an already issued or withdrawn project requires the
appropriate fee. If this is an Express re-submission you will have to
speak with Cynthia Van Der Wiele (715-3473) since Amy Chapman is out for
an extended period due to a family illness. In reviewing the impacts,
the fee for processing under the norma1401 certification procedure
would be $200.
