($100.00 civil penalty + $41.69 enforcement costs) against Southern Veneer Specialty Products
LLC in the letter dated July 1, 2020. To date, the Division's records show the above civil
penalties remain unpaid.
To avoid further legal action, payment in the full amount should be submitted no later than
November 20, 2020. Make the check payable to North Carolina Department of Environmental
Quality and include the case number on the check.
