request for more information letter dated November 14, 2008 along with seven (7) copies
of revised sheet 3 of 6 addressing the change. Please note that we have added a 12"
reinforced concrete pipe per your comments to allow for wetland connectivity at site
Wetland Fill "A".
Please use these sheets to update your plan sets. This is the only page that has been
revised. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call.

REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Mamarose:
On October 1, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated July
15, 2008, to impact 0.094 acres of to construct the proposed residential subdivision roads. The
DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate
information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to
process your application to impact protected wetland, streams and/or buffers on the subject
property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional information requested below, we will have
to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and 213 .0233(8)
and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information.
Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Wetland Connectivity
The project information indicates a request to fill 1355 square feet of wetlands designated a
Section "A". Your request to fill Section "A" does not indicate any way for the remaining
wetland on the east side of the cul-de-sac to connect with the wetland on the west side of
the cul-de-sac. Please submit information indicating how you propose to establish
connectivity between the two non-impacted portions of the wetland.
Please respond in writing to the DWQ within four weeks of the date of this letter to with the
requested information. If we do not hear from you within four weeks, we will assume that you no
longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn.

This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands,
waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application
are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Kyle Barnes of the Washington
