Date: 1 /23/2006 Subject: Walgreens #10434 - Morehead City Stormwater Management Permit Application -Response to RFI Reguests for additional information are addressed as follows: 1. All drawings and computations have been PE stamped/signed. 2. The applicant has signed the application 3. The DA map has been revised, though the comps were already correct with regard to flow contributed by the trench drain. 4. The trench drain data is labeled TI-1 on the Drainage Structure Table, Sheet C3.1. The trench drain detail is on sheet C9.0 . 5. A bypass has been added to DI-4. 6. The Rainstore system layout has been revised to eliminate credit for storage above the bypass elevation. 7. A storage calculation using the Shueler method is on sheet 3.1. Storage calculations by the manufacturer are included as a supplement to the computation package. 8. The design volume is 4,601 CF. The top of the storage system is at elevation 17.85. The overflow pipe is slightly higher to provide the necessary slope to MH 2 and then the vegetated filter. This additional elevation is not accounted for in the storage computations. 9. The landscape sheets L1.0 and L1.1 have been included in the set. 10. The soils report with the infiltration rate is attached.
