Lia - attached is the Initial Interest form for "Buffer Authorization" for your review. I have also included PDFs of an overall
grading plan of the Talecris Site and an enlarged plan of the planned DWQ Level Spreader in the southeast portion of the
project, including Flow Bypass Structure & Forebay.
The USGS Topo of the area and Soils information for the site are also attached as PDFs.
Lastly, for your information, the East Emergency Road that was to be entering the site from the east has been deleted,
since the NCDOT plans & 401 permit have not been submitted. Also, we have removed the related sediment trap and
level spreader considerations in that area.
We will contact you Monday morning to verify if any additional information is needed and to set up a meeting, as required.
