(A) Please see the attached updated site map, as well as a list of the application sites. This documentation show the reduction of the spray fields and we removed all the spray heads that were located on the Topsail Landing LLC site. (B) On the lining of the 42.2 acre lagoons they were lined with Bentonite at the time of construction. (C) The gradient and location of the wells are on the updated site map and I have attached the GW4 form for the monitoring well #8. I would like some clarification on the new site. As you can see by the site map, I will not be able to install a well downgradient from well #3. Will it be acceptable to go east towards the original pumphouse?
