I am working with our Regional Office contact to see if we can rescind that permit. I also wanted to let you know that we have inactivated NPDES Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit # NCS000213 for the former Detrex facility on 3114 Cullman Avenue due to lack of industrial activity (closure) and abandonment by the previous owners. Please let me know if you have any questions.
