He will have to apply for a new permit with an NOI and application fee. We held onto it quite a long time (years) before finally closing the loop last month. Ken Elliott contacted me and said if it is not too late, he would like to continue with the processing of the proposed permit application (See the attached inspection as additional information. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I propose that we conference or meet Ken on site to discuss all that is required to move forward. The owner will likely be in touch if he ever decides to sell, and continue to check the bean anytime you are in the area to see that all is in order regarding the mining permit.
