RRO has completed a review of the application and requires the following additional information to continue processing:
• The submitted 500 foot radius map does not include all items required as is listed on page 2 of the application
under "Additional Information" 1. As required by 15A NCAC 02C.0105 (f) (5), attach a scaled map of the site
showing the locations of the following: a through a (see application). An updated site figure is required that
depicts the required items. The 500 foot radius is from the proposed well/s location.
In the submitted figure 2 the site figure does not capture a 500 foot radius from the proposed well locations. It appears,
at a minimum, that property boundaries are missing but review the listed items and include in the radius map if present
and include a legend.
This information is due on or before October 29, 2020. Thanks and contact me with any questions.

Hi Sam:
Brion passed this application on to me for processing because he was going to be out of the office. I have just started a
review of the application and plan to have some type of response to the submittal tomorrow.
This is only speaking for myself, but RRO receives lots of these applications and it has not been common practice to
respond back acknowledging receipt. And that certainly has been the same for the paper applications sent by mail. But
one option could be to request an email return receipt for future submittals where on our end we hit the button to
respond back.
