Dear Mr. Thompson:
We have reviewed the Stormwater Management Plan and calculations submitted for the above
referenced site. Based upon the information submitted, the plans have been approved with the
following conditions:
1. The maximum impervious surfaces approved for each lot in this phase is 6000 sqft with the
exception that the reserved by owner tract 1 is 15,000 sqft and the reserved by owner tract 2
is 30,000 sqft.
2. Please indicate all drainage easements, riparian buffers, jurisdictional wetlands, driveway
pipe sizes, impervious area limitations, and flood hazard areas on the Final Plat.
3. A stormwater certification by the engineer of record will be required at the completion of
the project. A letter of credit or bond certified by the engineer of record must be submitted
for any outstanding work prior to final plat recordation.
A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the Planning Office for their files. If you have any
