Required Items Checklist that was not included with your most recent submittal:
a. Proposed boundaries of the drainage easement.
b. A depiction of the maintenance access for Wetland # 1.
c. The supporting calculations, particularly the drawdown calculations.
d. A copy of the soils test documenting the level of the Seasonal High Water
Table.
e. Fertilizer and watering requirements to establish wetland vegetation.
