BIMS shows for City of Kannapolis Owner as Melton Wilmer III, who is the Director. Also
shows Alex Anderson as Permit Signature Authority and Michael Rattler as an Owner Contact
person. The City Manager is Mike Legg. Do we needs to send only Wilmer Melton or add Alex
Anderson too. From enforcement point of view we should copy to City Manager or no needs
