Upon updating the Owner for the River Road Mine it was found that there is an outstanding Invoice for the annual permit fee. I have attached a copy of the invoice and the Fees owed letter sent in July for your reference. Once the fee has been brought current, a Certificate of Coverage will be sent reflecting the new Owner. I have looped in our Billing Specialist so she may let me know when payment has been made. Our records indicate there are past due annual fees owed on this permit. Coverage under this permit for this site cannot be renewed until these fees are paid. The new General Permit is scheduled to be issued effective October 1, 2020. Sometimes fees lapse because billing contact or other information is out of date. Please review the permit contact information enclosed. Ensure that all contact information is accurate and complete, and that e-mail addresses are provided wherever possible. If you no longer need this permit, please submit a Rescission Request Form. That form is available from our website: https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/npdes-industrial-stormwater To update contact information for your permit: You may simply e-mail us changes, unless there is a change to the Owner Affiliation.
