In accordance with Permit Condition 10 and Permit Condition13 of the above referenced Pump and
Haul Permit No. WQ0041493 and WQ0041747, documentation of pump and haul operations at Duke
Energy's Belews Creek Steam Station are attached.
This documentation includes date and time of wastewater removal from the facility, name of the
contract hauler, name of the receiving facility and volume of wastewater removed. Inspections are
completed daily at the times stated on the attached sheets.
Belews Creek Steam Station was issued the pump and haul Permit No. WQ0041493 effective on
Thursday, February 20, 2020 and expired August 17, 2020.
Permit No. WQ0041747 became effective August 18, 2020 and will expire on February 14, 2021 and
has voided previously issued Permit No. WQ0041493 which expired on August 17, 2020. Permit No.
WQ0041747 shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein.
