The story on this one is that they paid the CAMA app fee. Then somehow when DCM sent the app out to all of the
agencies to review, somehow the copy for the DWQ and the USACE was lost prior to getting here. They sent the
app in way back in November (?). I would suggest that we waive the fee, but I'll leave it up to you and Ian to
decide. Just let me know.
