The program (plan) is informally reviewed annually in preparing the annual report. Since this is a residential/tourist area with
only a small business community and no industry, the target audience changes little year to year.

and education focuses on those. Relevant pollutants and solutions are addressed in public displays and in the Stormwater Guide
