Comment: The insDection was conducted virtuallv and was unable to examine the maintenance of the system. During the meeting the facility Director of Horticulture, Mr. Jeff Wuilliez, explained that the reason the facility has not been in compliance in the period between April 2020 and July 2020 is due to malfunction of the filter control board that measures the solids passing through the filter membrane. The system has been down in August and put back in service in late September, sampling results indicate that the solids level were back in compliance.
