It is a goal of the Town of China Grove to maintain an orderly and safe community for all residents and visitors. In order to
accomplish this goal the Town has enacted codes that regulate activities and conditions on private premises. During a recent
inspection of the property listed above violation(s) of these codes were discovered. The violations are listed below:
Sec. 54-361. - Illegal discharges.
No person shall cause or allow the discharge, emission, disposal, pouring, or pumping directly or indirectly into the town storm
drain system, watercourses, any stormwater conveyance, the waters of the state, or upon the land in manner and amount that the
substance is likely to reach a stormwater conveyance or the waters of the state, any liquid, solid, gas, or other substance, other than
stormwater.
This letter is being sent to you as a Warning notice. As a warning, it allows you a specific period of time in which to convect noted
violations before other abatement actions are taken and/or civil penalties are incurred. Should you have any questions or concerns,

To insure the property is compliant re -inspection will take place on or after: 04/08/2020
