Remarks: On behalf of QC Metals Recycling in Charlotte, attached please find the SDO SMR Annual Summary and
DMR reports for the two rain events. This facility lists Outfall 001 as a representative outfall for the facility. During the rain
events monitored in 2019, there was no discharge from this outfall.
We are planning to evaluate sampling at another outfall in 2020 and modify the SWP3 and permit accordingly: we were
unable to collect representative samples during the 2019 sampling events.
