It has been brought to the attention of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) that the plat provided to you
attached to a letter indicating the impervious areas within the Neuse Riparian Buffer on the Bridge Point
Development site was incorrect. The plat in question was stamped and dated by Kyle Barnes on May 17, 2006.
I am including with this letter a revised plat that indicates all the areas that are considered to be impervious by
the DWQ within the Neuse Riparian Buffer. Please replace the original plat with the revised version to be
utilized with the original letter issued on May 15, 2006. Please provide this information when needed during the
permitting process for this project. ,
