Dear Ms. Karoly:
This letter is to serve as the required Notification of Construction for the
approved Pond #3 as part of the approved Stormwater Management Plan in the
Belgate Commercial Center in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, NC (DWQ EXP
408-1374v2). Construction is anticipated to begin on the project site in
approximately 15 days from the date of this letter. Pond 43 is the only pond, to
the best of my knowledge, that is beginning construction at this time.
