RE: Renewal without Modification for Permit WQ0015102
Hill Oil Co. — Walser's Service
I recommend that the above permit be renewed. This is non -discharge system where GW is removed
treated and then re -injected via injection well.
HIGHLIGHTS/COMMENTS:
This permit was originally issued on June 15, 1998 and has been renewed several times over the
years. The current permit expires January 31, 2018.
REGIONAL OFFICE COMMENTS: Winston-Salem Regional Office recommends issuance of this permit.
S. Wang requested lead be sampled for 3X per year as there has been in the past where lead values was
higher in the effluent than in the influent (see correspondence between Wang and Shield Engineering)
I reflected this change in the permit.
