Because our permit authorized a one-time beach nourishment event, please see Figure 8's request for a minor
modification to their permit to allow the continuation and completion of last year's channel dredging and beach fill
project. Jamie states that no changes are proposed.
Please let me know if you have any questions, comments or concerns at your earliest convenience, or no later than
September 21, if at all possible.
Robb, I believe the DWR Project # is 040987.

Please see attached CAMA Minor Mod request for Figure 8 Beach HOA's permit 139-04 to continue the Banks
Channel dredging project that was halted last year for environmental moratoriums. Our existing permit allows
for one time beach placement, so a continuation of this project requires a minor modification to the permit.
There are no proposed changes to the dredge or beachfill area and a copy of our current permit is attached.
