Hi Doug,
I'm out of town to visit my father. I have forwarded the form to Mrs Fleming for signature and return. I hope to
have that to you tomorrow. The 3176 square ft is permanent work and is refresh of the existing stabilization at
the base of the seawall and a small bit of refresh of the existing rip rap. This also includes the cap Stone row
that will be added to the existing seawall as it follows the 760 contour shown on the survey. If you have any
additional questions,please let me know.

out, signed, and returned to me. Second, is the proposed 3176 sq. ft. below full pond ALL permanent or is
some temporary? Is
