Zahid — hope things are well — I left you a VM about the attached as well. I would like to discuss steps with you so that
we can finalize certifications, etc.
We have an older permit that was obtained in December 2014 (see attached revision to the permit in January 2015) as
noted above — SW3140903. I wanted to see if I could get a copy of the original permit issued in December 2014. We are
working to complete certifications and can't locate the original permit with the certification forms attached.
