Bethany,
Sorry about that, I am having trouble receiving documentation from our Meck County inspector. I think you can just
reject the request and I can resubmit in full once I have received the documentation. Thank you for your time.

Good morning,
I have still not received the documentation from Mecklenburg County. I held this for over a week. I will need to reject
the request by noon today and have you resubmit if the documentation is still pending.
Thank you,
Bethany Georgoulias

Subject: RE: Construction SW Notice of Termination Request Received (QT1082, Burton Lane, Meck County)
Mr. Potter,
We received the Notice of Termination request noted below, but the close-out document uploaded (attached)
was an inspection by a consulting firm. The original E&SC approval was issued by Mecklenburg County. Is
there a document from the local government confirming the E&SC plan has been closed out? We note on this
inspection report that land disturbing activities were not yet complete.
IV. Current Phase of Project: Check phase that is applicable
Installation of perimeter erosion control and sediment control measures: NA
Clearing and grubbing of existing ground: NA
Completion of any phase of grading of slope: Yes
Completion of all land disturbing activities, construction or development: No
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established: Yes
If you can email me a copy of Mecklenburg County's final inspection, or some verification from the local entity
that this inspection by S&ME serves as the closeout confirmation for that E&SC Plan, I can move forward with
this NOT request. Otherwise I will have to reject the request until more documentation is available. I will hold
the request until the end of the day today.
Thank you,
Bethany Georgoulias
