The application (NCG210483) indicates that the outfall is located at 35.626500 77.26474, but this would put the outfall offsite. It appears as though the Longitude is incorrect. As such, I need to know the actual location of the outfall so that I can issue this permit. Please let me know. Thank you! Very Respectfully, Michael Meloy Environmental Specialist I Stormwater Program, Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C.
