Hadley,
Was the project ever started and has land disturbance been done? If so, any owner
prior to the new entity assuming ownership that has been working on this project has
been working without NCG01 permit coverage and may be subject to compliance
ramifications if the application is never completed. Normally the COC should be
obtained by the current owner and then terminated upon transfer, so the new owners
can apply for a new COC.
Could you explain the exact status of this project please?
Thank you,
Bethany Georgoulias

accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access
to appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices,
as we may be able to handle your requests by phone or email. We appreciate your
patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging time.

Good morning,
The better way is to have the new owner apply for their own COC, so
the information is correct.
Therefore, I can reject the application at payment.
Please confirm that you want to proceed with this option, and I can
reject the application at payment because of the pending transfer.
Thank you.

We are actually planning on transferring ownership of this project
to another company this week. I am assuming they will need to
redo the application under their name. Is that a correct assumption?

As of this morning, we have not yet received a payment

Failure to pay within 30 days results in the application

I will hold this application open for an additional 5

September 18th, 2020, the application will be rejected
at payment verification terminating the application, and
a NEW application will need to be processed if this

We have reviewed the eNOI that you submitted for
Seaforth Place and found it to be complete.
Your Certificate of Coverage (COC)
number: NCC203115
Project Name: Seaforth Place
Permittee Name: Swain Land and Timber, LLC
After we receive payment of the $100 annual permit
