This compliance inspection was conducted by DWR staff person Patrick Mitchell. The inspection reflects compliance with the permit. Mr. Rudy Broschinski accompanied staff on the entire inspection. The inspection reflects compliance with the subject permit. Below is a summary of notes from the inspection. • No reclaimed water distribution was occurring at the time of the inspection. • The most recent distribution event occurred July 2020; all uses in records indicate the Town of Boone utilized for uses approved in the Permit Att. D. • Reportedly only one labeled transport truck is used for bulk distribution. • Reclaimed water notification form for employees and pubic was present. • NPDES logs contains maintenance and operational log notes. • Reviewed May 2020 calibration records for Turbidity Meter serving the system.
