2 Things:
1) There appears to be a typo in the Drainage Area 1B On-site Building/Lots BUA (See attached). If this is not a
typo, please let me know.
2) The total BUA for Drainage Area 2A should include the on-site and off-site areas (See attached).
Everything else is good.

Can you correct this page of the Application and email me a PDF of the corrected Application? We should be able to
issue the permit as soon as we get this.

Some of the comments I sent out on 6/3/2020 were not properly addressed. Please see my comments below in red.

- There appears to be some inconsistency between the Application (Section IV, 10) and the Supplement-EZ Form
(Drainage Areas Page):
o Entire Site Column:

 Line 16 – The percent BUA (19%) does not match Section IV, 8 (14.68%). Revise either as needed
for consistency. The percent impervious area is calculated as (total BUA within the project area
in proposed conditions / total project area). The total BUA within the project area is shown as
74,199 sf (Supplemental EZ Form, Drainage Area Page, Entire Site Column, Line 5) and the total
project area is shown as 10.68 ac (Section IV, 7). This results in a percent BUA of 15.9% (19%
shown). Ensure that the total BUA within the project, total project area and %BUA are correct &
consistent throughout the submittal. You may wish to provide calculations for clarity. NOTE:
Sheet C300 shows the total BUA within the project area as 68,632 sf and the percent BUA as
14.84%. You may wish to adjust these for consistency (if needed) as well.
o Drainage Area 1:
 Line 5 – Total BUA in project (42,254 sf) does not match Section IV, 10 (42,253.2 sf). Revise
either as needed for consistency. Addressed.
 Line 8 – Total off-site drainage area (44,845 sf) does not match Section IV, 10 (00 sf). Revise
either as needed for consistency. Addressed.
 Line 10, Roadway – Roadway area (14,914 sf) does not match Section IV, 10 (8,031.7 sf). Revise
either as needed for consistency. Addressed.
 Line 10, Other – Other area (0 sf) does not match Section IV, 10 (6,882 sf). Revise either as
needed for consistency. Addressed.

This results in a percent BUA for drainage area 1 of 69% (17% shown). Ensure that the total BUA
within drainage area 1, size of drainage area 1 and %BUA are correct & consistent throughout
the submittal. You may wish to provide calculations for clarity.
o Drainage Area 2:
 Line 5 – Total BUA in project (31,945 sf) does not match Section IV, 10 (47,044.8 sf). Revise
either as needed for consistency. Line 5 should equal the sum of Lines 6, 7, & 9. The sum of Lines
6 (0 sf), 7 (31,945 sf), and 9 (15,100 sf) equals 47,045 sf (31,945 sf shown). Ensure that the total
BUA within drainage area 2 (Both on-site & off-site) is taken into consideration and is correct &
consistent throughout the submittal. NOTE: Do not add the 15,100 sf to the Total BUA for the
entire site column (Because it is not located on-site).
 Line 16 – Percent BUA (24%) does not match Section IV, 10 (40%). Revise either as needed for
consistency. Percent BUA of a drainage area is calculated as (total BUA within the drainage area
\[both on-site & off-site\] in proposed conditions / total drainage area). The total BUA within
drainage area 2 is shown as 47,045 sf. The total size of drainage area 2 is shown as 116,741 sf.
This results in a percent BUA for drainage area 2 of 40% (24% shown). Ensure that the total BUA
within drainage area 2, size of drainage area 1 and %BUA are correct & consistent throughout
the submittal. You may wish to provide calculations for clarity.
- Please correct the following with the Supplement-EZ Form:
o Cover Page:
 Please sign and seal the cover page. Please provide an original (in pen) signature. Please let me
know if submitting a signed hard copy of the Supplement-EZ Cover page will be difficult (due to
Covid-19/teleworking).
o Drainage Area Page:
 Entire Site Column:
 Line 8 – There should not be any off-site components in the entire site column as they
are, by definition, not part of the site. Addressed
 Lines 17-19 are not required for the entire site column. Addressed.
o Bioretention Cell Page:
 Line 44 – Elaborate on the type of dewatering method for the SCMs (Line 9 indicates “Other”).
Addressed by changing Line 9.

Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing
these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the
permit.
