The Municipal Unit of the Division of Water Resources has reviewed the updated Sewer Use
Ordinance (SUO) submitted by the Town of Warsaw. This submission was received by the
Division on March 13, 2020.
The review indicates that the SUO is adequate and meets the minimum requirements of 15A
NCAC 2H .0900 and 40 CFR 403.
