On 2-12-20 we exceeded our free board limit of 2 feet. This is was due to all of the rain that we had
during this period rendering us unable to spray as needed. We contacted Patrick Mitchell with the state
to let him know that we were not able to maintain our 2 feet of free board per the permit. We then
applied for a permit to haul our waste water from the lagoon at the hatchery in Elkin, NC to the
processing plant in Dobson, NC. We done this until we were able to maintain our 2 feet of freeboard
which was achieved on 2-17-20 and has been maintained since.
