Newcomb through email and were reviewed in office before the site inspection. No issues were identified. The site inspection was coordinated by Dana Newcomb and completed on 7/15/2020. The facility was clean and well secured. Ash basins have been closed and right now are in final grading. All outfalls were inspected. Outfall 002 was filled with concrete last year but was observed. Outfall 001 effluent water and the Dan River, the receiving water at the outfall was free of foam and other debris. Seeps 102, 103 and 104 were dry.
