On September 2, 2020 Divison of Water Resources, staff persons Justin Henderson and Patrick
Mithcell conducted a site inspection of the subject facility. Mr. Michael Frasier, ORC for Dobson
WWTP was also present during this site inspection. The purpose of this inspection was to confirm that
the WTP Outfall pipe has been relocted to the main stem of the Fisher River. It was confirmed during
this meeting the the outfall relocation had been completed, and all future discharges generated by the
Dobson WTP would discharge into the Fisher River.
