We received the Mod request to add Lots 57-161 to the permit below. The Grading Permit (attached) was uploaded as
documentation, but there was no approval letter, and the grading permit does not include the lot numbers. Previous

modifications to this COC included approval letters from the City of Charlotte. Is there an accompanying approval letter
for this one?
