The date of revision should be included on the document as well as a minimum response time. • The Town of Swepsonville operates a wastewater collection system with 13.21 miles (69,749 feet) of gravity sewer lines. The permit requires that at least 10% (6,975 feet) of the sewer lines be cleaned annually and a cleaning log be kept recording the cleaning efforts. • At the time of the inspection, a Capital Improvement Plan could not be provided for inspection. It is our understanding that an engineering consultant is currently working on a new CIP. The current permit became effective June 11, 2018 and expires May 31,2026.
