I~ve attahced a letter to the Corps. which explains the ownership name
transition regarding this project. Please let me know if an additional
letter needs to be filed with NCDENR in this regard or if this will
suffice. The owner contact is listed (Darius Oleksy) in this attahcment.
You can use the information below for the consultant contact and the
registered P.E. for which our stormwater plans and calculations will be
filed for this application.

Please provide a contact name for the applicant and for the consultant.
Additionally, the address/LLC for this property appears to be different
than the party to whom the individual water quality certification was
issued in December 1, 2005. Is Moores Chapel Partners, LLC the new
owner rather than Lauth Property Group/Mr. Paxton Hollar?
