On August 7, 2020, staff of the NC Division of Water Resources, conducted a compliance inspection for
the subject single-family irrigation system as part of the permit renewal. Attached is a copy of the
inspection report. Nis. Emily Sutton assisted xvitlt the inspection and her help was appreciated. On the day
of the inspection, the system did not have chlorine tablets, .Nis. Sutton purchased some and placed them in
the system. Tile rest of the system is being maintained and operated and on the day of inspection «vas
compliant with the permit conditions.
