On July 29, 2020 staff of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR) Winston-Salem
Regional Office performed a compliance inspection of the subject facility and the residuals
distribution program. This inspection was performed by DWR representative Jim Gonsiewski. The
compliance inspection report for this inspection is enclosed for your review. It was noted during the
inspection that all residuals have been removed from the facility. The inspection of the residuals
distribution program reflects compliance with permit WQ0001347.

Inspection Summary:
On July 29, 2020 staff of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR) Winston-Salem Regional Office performed a
compliance inspection of the subject facility and the residuals distribution program. This inspection was performed by DWR
representative Jim Gonsiewski. The inspection of the residuals distribution program reflects compliance with permit
WQ0001347.
The last time the facility distributed residuals was in 2017. The lagoons and the residual treatment operations were shut
down. Therer was approximately 3 feet of rainwater in the lagoons. The facility was in good condition and well maintained.
