NOTES: Please review with any comments. I have a couple of
requests/comments but will wait for yours to combine in one Add Info Request
to Applicant. Also, since they are under a CO, we indicated to Duke that we
would expedite the permitting process. Finally, they are requesting a variance
to well construction standards. With OK from RO I can incoraorate into aermit.
