My name is Gregg Casper and I am emailing on behalf of Caspers Marina in Swansboro NC. I received the
paperwork for our permit renewal. The email address on the previous permit is no longer valid. I couldn't figure
out from the website where to change it. I only saw changing the owner etc. This is our new business email.
