Hi Tamera and Zach,
My name is Matt Gwinn, and I am the replacement for Lauren taking over individual industrial permits at the NCDEQ
central office. I am working on a minor modification for the Duke Energy Belews Creek Steam Station, and I wanted to
give you the opportunity to comment on the draft modified page and modification approval letter. The modification
request is to redirect existing flows within drainage area 30 to a new stormwater outfall, SW030. I have attached the
official modification request, draft modified permit page, draft modified permit cover page, and draft modification
approval letter.
