Dear Wetlands Unit Staff:
I am responding to your letter of February 21, 2007 which requested additional
information from us regarding the type and number of the permit we intend to use for our
proposed new practice range.
Today, I have finally been able to confirm with the Wilmington District Office of the
Army Corps of Engineers that we will be able to qualify under the provisions of a
Nationwide #39 permit.
